- New Ireland, Papua New Guinea. By diver at 30-40 meters.
- The nominate form, missing in many collections. This is a dead taken shell but because of the full color and gloss it looks live collected. A very straight and shallow growth flaw keeps it from full Gem, but it is actually a fascinating feature. Great shell!
